Nigeria has all it requires to maintain her leadership position as a giant of Africa, if citizens can promote love, tolerance and peace among one another.
The new Director National Orientation Agency, NOA, Oyo State Directorate, Mr. Moshood Olaleye made this submission when he led members of the management on a courtesy visit to Pensioners’ FM, Agbarigo-Onireke, Ibadan.
Mr. Olaleye emphasized that, without love and tolerance which are twin recipes for peace, it may be difficult for any society to witness meaningful development.
On the much awaited COVID-19 vaccine, Oyo NOA helmsman, who solicited Pensioners’ FM support in enlightening the public, assured that the Federal Government has the interest of the citizens’ health at heart.
Earlier, the Head of Programmes, Dr. Babatunde Tiamiyu, had informed the visitors about the vision and mission of Pensioners’ FM being a radio station of the 21st century working as people’s voice of liberation.
Responding, the General Manager of Pensioners’ FM, Mr. Lere Shittu said the station was committed to partnering government ministries, agencies and parastatals in educating the public on issues concerning peace and development of the nation.
